If u haven’t car be ready to go back before it becomes dark, otherwise u will be killed by ghosts or some maniac coz there no light on the road at all.
Room dirty with a lot dust, especially at hidden places.
Mountain View is just view to forest.
Breakfast pretty cheap and not buffet.
Rooms were okay - could of done with a fan on the top floor. The food wasn't great but hotel being run by one guy at the time so understandable.
The place is not in a good condition, but you will probably endure a night in there, as the prices aren't the worst. Enjoy! :)
The small room we had booked wasn't available, so they "upgraded" our room to the big "suite". The room was very cold and the radiators were barely providing any heat. The floors were dirty and unclean, so walking around in your room without shoes on wouldn't be advised. There were cobwebs in all corners of the suite, and also a huge pile of spider feces in one of the cupboards.
They also advertised there to be a menu where you can order breakfast from... it only had 4 choices, and the waitress told us that 3 of those would be cancelled. So we really only had 1 choice of what to eat: the sandwiches. The lady herself only spoke Bulgarian, and it was very hard to communicate with her.
The hotel is located 2 minutes away from Vitosha Boulevard, central Sofia. Rooms are clean, with basic amenities. Staff, especuakky Inna, was helpful with tips and leads. Coffee shops and bakeries abundant in the neighborhood. Recommended if you are not looking for luxury while staying in Sofia.
I always come to this hotel. I came again today, I made a reservation online. It saddens me to receive such a service in a place where I have come many times. The location of the hotel is in a remote place, it is annoying that they give such a service to people, I will wait right now and I will never come to this hotel again.They wanted me to go and come 1 hour later because I have a reservation. this made me very sad.I'm currently waiting in the car for an hour. We have seen the value it gives to its customers
Very lovely hotel! Amazing and helpful staff, clean and pretty rooms! Comfortable bed.
I really enjoyed their restaurant - breakfast, dinner and desserts were great.
I wanted a nice and quiet hotel near the forest and near the trails, and got exactly that! Very recommended

menu is rich and service is friendly.
Terrace offers nice view of outside surrounding landscape.
Great alternative for Sofia downtown.
The restaurant is very nice and the food is great.
